Let me start off by saying that I am in no way shape or form an expert on skincare. I just was to share what I use to keep my skin decently clear! I eat way too much sugar and don't get enough sleep most nights (mom problems) so I know i'm pretty rough on my skin. Even though i'm only 27, I think it's really important to invest in your skincare and hair care. We will save haircare for another day though!
Step 1- I wipe away all of my makeup with a makeup removal wipe, or sometimes a wipey. I'm gonna be real with you haha
Step 2- I wash my face with the Philosophy Purity Made Simple Cleansing Gel. I LOVE this wash and have been using it for years. After I got pregnant with my first child, my skin went crazy. I changed up all of my facial cleansers and I stumbled upon this and have not looked back.
Step 3- I use Mario Badescu Glycolic Acid Toner after I cleanse and dry my face. This toner is a solution for wrinkles and pigmentation. Formulated with 2% glycolic acid and grapefruit extract which work together to exfoliate, refresh and stimulate dry and congested skin. Helps reduce discoloration from old acne scars as well as build-up that can cause skin to look tired and dull. Yes, I just copy and pasted the Ulta website for that haha
Step 4- I finish everything off with my Mario Badescu Honey Moisturizer. The Honey Moisturizer is the ideal daily moisturizing formula designed to deliver lasting hydration. Radiance-boosting honey extract and antioxidant-rich peanut oil nourish and hydrate to reveal a smooth, glowing complexion.
I really like this moisturizer. It's light and doesn't leave me feeling greasy.
Pictured I have three products I use but not daily.
#3- Glamglow Supermud Clearing Treatment. I love this mask and because it's so expensive, I get the mini jar and that still lasts me a while. I don't put this all over the face but I do use it in my trouble areas or break out areas. Even Eric does this mask with me haha. Don't tell him that I told you.
That's basically it in a nutshell! Please comment or share with me some of your skin tips and tricks. I love hearing them all! xoxo
